Another Day

Hi! Yes, I am back with another blog post featuring this look. It’s been unusually chilly in Los Angeles these days, and I’ve been opting for a more comfortable look by wearing over-sized sweaters. This particular sweater is super soft and loose enough for me to layer a turtleneck underneath. I initially gravitated to this turtleneck because of the detailing on the collar. ‘Another Day’ is neatly scribbled on it, and overall the detailing really brings a unique character to the outfit.

These jeans are seriously the best! I bought them on a whim a year ago at Madewell because there was a sale happening at the time. Madewell jeans are such good quality, and I especially love this pair because of the subtle rips on both sides and the dark cerulean color.

I chose to accessorize this look with my brand new Daniel Wellington watch. I had been eyeing this particular watch for over a year, and I was lucky enough to have it gifted to me for my birthday this year from one of my closest friends. Contrasting from the slouchy sweater, the watch adds structure and class to the outfit; also, it was refreshing to not rely on my phone as much when I wanted to know the time.

A great way to add edge to your outfit is by pairing it with some combat boots. Other than being fashionable, combat boots are also very comfortable to stomp around in especially when the weather is a little bit colder.
